Finding the right apprentice for your business is what we specialise in. We offer a free apprenticeship recruitment service to employers looking to employ an apprentice in their organisation.
Finding an apprentice can be both time consuming and costly for employers. The cost of advertising a vacancy, the time taken to read and shortlist CV’s and the arranging and conducting of interviews soon builds up.
At Skills for Careers we will do everything for you apart from interviewing the final shortlist, and selecting the successful candidate.
Once you have selected and employed your apprentice we will deliver the fully funded apprenticeship training programme. We operate four separate apprenticeship academies that specialise in Business Administration and Customer Service, Healthcare, Hospitality and Digital and Social media.
Why we are different to other providers:
- Limited number of apprentices accepted into the academies so we can focus on quality rather than quantity.
- Apprentices have been pre vetted and have been through a vigorous interview process prior to acceptance on to the programme.
- We have established great working relationships with a number of schools that allows us to have great access to the best potential apprentices.
- Essential work readiness training conducted prior to placement with an employer.
- We ensure that we have parental support for all of our apprentices.
